Ending Radical Indoctrination in K-12 Schooling (January 29, 2025)

This order prohibits federal funding to schools that recognize or support a students gender transition, including the use of chosen names and pronouns. It aims to prevent what it terms "Radical gender ideology"  in educational settings.

Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity (January 21, 2025)

This order rescinds previous executive orders that prohibited employment discrimination by federal contractors based on sexual orientation and gender identity. It eliminates requirements for affirmative action programs aimed at promoting workplace diversity.
